A slim, tailored engagement that gets you live.
Nexxly engagements are bounded, structured, and tailored to how your operation actually runs. Most operators move from kickoff to a live morning brief in weeks, not quarters — because we start with one painful problem and expand from there.
How a Nexxly engagement runs.
Four phases. Each one ends with something concrete you can see, use, and verify. You're never thirty days into an engagement wondering where the work went.
Discovery & design
We sit with your team — field, dispatch, billing, ops, leadership — to learn the service lines, the pricing, the exceptions, and the way work actually moves. We design the engagement around your operation, not a generic template. The output is a clear plan: what gets digitized, what gets connected, and which operating numbers we turn on first.
What we do
- Operations interviews (field, billing, ops, leadership)
- Service-line and pricing review
- System and data inventory
- Engagement plan with phased milestones
What you get
- A tailored engagement plan
- Clear scope and timeline
- Initial KPI target list
- Honest assessment of what's worth doing first
Get the data flowing
We get your operational data into Nexxly. If parts of the operation are still on paper, in spreadsheets, or in text messages, we digitize those workflows — field tickets, jobs, approvals, equipment records. If you already have systems, we connect to them and feed the data in. Most operators need both, in different proportions.
What we do
- Build out the workflows you need digitized
- Connect ERP, accounting, dispatch, field tools
- Map rates, contracts, district pricing
- Stand up the data pipeline
What you get
- Working digital workflows for the parts that were manual
- Live data feeds from existing systems
- One trusted operating model behind everything
Turn on the playbooks
The Nexxly playbooks compute the operating numbers that matter to oilfield service leaders — DSO, revenue leakage, utilization, margin, cycle time, rate compliance. We tune the thresholds to your operation, configure who sees what, and start surfacing findings to the team.
What we do
- Activate the playbooks aligned to your priorities
- Tune thresholds to your service lines and districts
- Configure roles, alerts, and brief delivery
- Walk findings with the team for the first weeks
What you get
- Live operating metrics, computed daily
- Source-linked findings in the morning brief
- Recommended actions, not just charts
Live & expanding
You're live. The morning brief lands. The team acts on findings. From here, the engagement winds down into steady-state platform use — with the option to add more service lines, more districts, more playbooks, or more system connections as the business grows.
What we do
- Hand off to your team with documentation
- Light support for tuning and expansion
- Quarterly reviews if you want them
What you get
- A platform that gets more useful as more flows through it
- An expandable foundation, not a one-time project
- The ability to act on the operation, every morning
Common questions.
The questions operators ask in the first walkthrough, answered honestly.
Most operators are live with their first morning brief in weeks, not quarters. The exact length depends on how much we're digitizing versus connecting, and how many service lines are in the first scope. We give you a clear timeline at the end of Phase 01.
The engagement is scoped to your operation — size, service lines, systems, and what you want digitized first. We give you a fixed engagement quote at the end of discovery, plus the ongoing platform cost. No open-ended consulting hours, no surprises mid-project.
No. Nexxly is not an ERP. We sit above the systems you already use, pull operational data from them, and produce the operating numbers and findings on top. If parts of your operation aren't in software at all, we digitize those workflows specifically — we don't replace what's working.
That's a common starting point and it's completely fine. The engagement just leans more toward digitization in early phases. We focus on the workflows that produce the operating data we need first — field tickets, job records, approvals — and expand from there.
The engagement scales. We work with operators running a single crew and operators running fleets of pumps, rigs, and trucks across multiple basins. Smaller operations get to value faster on a leaner scope; larger operations get a wider engagement that touches more service lines, districts, and systems. The platform and the morning brief are the same on the other side.
Each customer's data lives in its own isolated tenant. Connections to your existing systems use credentials you grant and can revoke. We don't co-mingle operations between customers. Your data is yours.
Dashboards tell you a chart is red. Nexxly tells you which ticket, which customer, which crew, which asset, what it's costing, and what to do next — all tied to records your controller can audit. It's the difference between knowing there's a problem and acting on it before the next one shows up.
