This policy does not govern data processed through the Nexxly platform on behalf of our customers. That processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data processing addendum.

When you submit a contact or demo request form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• First and last name
• Business email address
• Company name and job title
• Phone number (if provided)
• Area of interest and any notes you choose to include

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers and any analytics tools we use may automatically record:

• IP address and general geographic region
• Browser type, operating system, and device type
• Pages visited, time on page, and referral URL
• Date and time of each request

Cookies and similar technologies

Automatically collected site usage data is retained for up to 26 months and then aggregated or deleted.

• Strictly necessary: Required for the Site to function. These cannot be disabled through our cookie manager.
